The best reason not to panic over the Jets secondary

Much of the talk around the Jets entering the season has centered around their defense and, in particular, their cornerbacks.

The Jets corners are as inexperienced as a monastery. Bryce Hall, in his second season, will start on one side, and the Jets are holding tryouts this week to figure out who will start opposite him with rookies Brandin Echols, Isaiah Dunn and Jason Pinnock competing with second-year player Javelin Guidry.

I do think this is going to be a huge weakness for the Jets and one that will be a major headache for them … in some games. But if you dig into the schedule, there is reason for the Jets to hope this will not be the season-killer some have made it out to be.
