To begin with the recipe, you first need to combine fennel seeds, mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a non-stick pan. Dry roast them for about a minute or two.
Once done, let the spices cool down. Blend them together until a coarse paste. Now transfer the mixture into a deep mixing bowl and add green chillies, turmeric powder and heeng.
